Dance Free are holding a Dance Free in Nature session for families as part of the Lincolnshire Wolds Outdoor Festival enjoying the tranquillity of the beautiful, calm Lincolnshire Wolds. The unique dance experience will be held on 24th May 10-11am at Hubbards Hills Park in Louth as part of the Louth Festival Day.

10:30am Dance as we walk along the coast path from Haven to Brighton Slipway.
2pm Dance Free by the Sea on Cleethorpes Beach.

Equinox Eco Therapy Retreat, Lincoln, 22-23 March 2025
Dance Free CIC were delighted to be part of an Eco Therapy Retreat in Lincoln by Old Wood Organic CIC.
Hannah Green facilitated a unique movement in and with nature through an immersive musical journey over Spring Equinox weekend (22-23 March 2025).
There were 5 facilitators offering various eco therapeutic practices to heal the nervous system and help us learn how to heal the planet.
This event supported the local community and raised funds for Old Wood Organic CIC to continue their important work in the community.

Soul Escape Festival,
15 June 2024
Dance Free holds events at the Soul Escape, a festival of yoga, music and well-being at at Purusha Retreat, Wellingore, Lincolnshire. They are free movement sessions with a PA sound system filling the Soul tent with soulful music and beats, celebrating life and connection through dance and movement. Spreading love and good vibrations across the festival.

"Soul Escapes mission was to provide a safe space for community celebration through a day of joyful practices-Hannah from We Dance Free provided a crescendo of energy where everyone was able to feel into their bodies and to let go through free movement and dance, feeling held but Hannah’s presence and guidance. It was clear from the off that Free movement was going to be embraced by the Soul Escape attendees, but Hannahs offering was greatly received, the playlist could be heard across the meadow and drew people in from all corners (myself included)!
I really enjoyed having Hannah at Soul Escape and helping us out the day before, she was such a brilliant burst of energy the rippled out to everyone present. She was a joy to work with from the start, always sprinkling her positivity throughout her communication. As part of the RiverLight Festival in Sleaford. Dance Free held silent disco free movement sessions on Eastgate Green. The dancing joy was spread around with of over 80 adults and children joining us dancing freely by the riverside throughout the day.
