  • Mid-month, we will be revealing a special Dance Boost online surprise. This could be a track of the month, a movement meditation, dance practice or an inspirational poem.

How does the Dance Within membership work? 

For £7.00 a month, or you can get a discount and pay £60.00 for the whole year - you’ll be registered as a member and receive login details for the Dance Within members page on this website.

Includes exclusive access to monthly guided dance mixes, a mid-month dance boost and inspirational blog.

And in the future, in-person deep dive dance sessions for members (Lincolnshire/ East Midlands).

Members In-Person Events

Starting Summer/Autumn 2025

  • As we go on this Dance Within journey together, we’ll be offering deep dive dance sessions, exclusively for members, at a special price.

    These will offer a space for people who are familiar with free-movement to dance together through a themed, specially curated Dance Free music experience.

    The events will be located in Lincolnshire, UK; indoors in Lincoln and Louth/Alford, and on occasions, outdoors in beautiful natural spaces.

    The sessions will be a blend of Somatic, Expressive, Ecstatic, Invocative and Elemental dance.
