🌊 Creating Waves of Joy and Connection 🌀

Dance Free in collaboration with National Trust Sandilands, Sutton on Sea in Lincolnshire, held 3 events in August 2024 bringing together over 150 people of all ages to celebrate nature, community, and joy.

We’ll be holding a special ‘winter warmer’ event on Sandilands Beach on 20th December 2024.

By moving freely and connecting with the seascape, we've found a profound sense of peace and harmony. From splashing in the sea to creating vibrant nature mandalas, these events have been a truly inspiring experience.

We shared collective effervescence - the contagious euphoria of sharing JOY & creating UNITY. And we shared being present, connecting with, feeling and sensing nature & expressing gratitude to Mother Nature.
