In June 2024 Dance Free were part of a series of wellness events at Chatsworth House in Derbyshire. ‘Dance Free by the River’ and ‘Go with the Flow’ gentle movement workshops were held to connect people to the element of water.

‘Go with the Flow’ was a collaboration between Dance Movement Facilitator, Hannah Green and Creative Arts Practitioner, Hayley Jones.

These events were part of the Celebrating the Cascade project, made possible by The National Lottery Heritage Fund. Thanks to National Lottery Players the project is working to restore the Cascade, for the enjoyment of future generations and enabling more people to get involved with Chatsworth.
